Blue October
Blue October morning is shining light on me
Contemplating on whether I should go, or leave.
Because your hair smells so fresh, so clean.
And the skin stretched across your bones,
Arching across the bed; bare,
To this world unseen.
The only one that cares right now is me.
Fingertips so plush; pressed gently against mine,
Those closed eyes and dreaming smiles part so kind.
I will stay here forever if youd like,
Because Ive go nothing else to do tonight,
Parting words will never even cross our mind
So just to let you know
I am all yours and you are all mine
Dark locks coil over the sheets
You lay asleep, to this world
